Responsibilities:

Perform general construction tasks including demo, framing, and finish work Assist with installations (cabinetry, flooring, drywall, etc.) Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding work daily Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow direction while also thinking independently to solve problems Work efficiently with a team and communicate clearly

Requirements:

3+ years of construction experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction processes Ability to think ahead and take responsibility for assigned tasks Punctual, dependable, and professional Has a drivers license and dependable form of transportation
