Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time Laborer for a top robotics/technology client. This individual will work hands-on with a robotics testing team, primarily supporting the setup and reset of drywall testing environments through demolition, hanging, and taping. The role will also provide general warehouse support, including freight receiving, palletizing, crating, material handling, and facility improvements. The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert drywall finisher, but should have some hands-on familiarity and, most importantly, bring a strong learning mindset, adaptability, reliability, and willingness to take direction.

Day-to-Day:

• Spend approximately 75-80% of the role supporting drywall/testing work, with the remainder focused on general warehouse/facility responsibilities.
• Tear down testing walls and hang/tape new drywall so the team can continue testing drywall robotics.
• Build smaller 4'x4' sheetrock test frames.
• Work closely with the testing team and Carlos while learning the team's processes.
• Clean airless sprayers and drywall tools and properly dispose of drywall mud/debris.
• Support facility cleanliness, organization, and safety improvements.
• Receive and inspect freight shipments and ensure materials are properly stored.
• Break down pallets, boxes, drywall, and other materials.

Crate, strap, palletize, load, and prepare outgoing shipments. Skills and Requirements

• Some hands-on familiarity with drywall hanging and taping. Does not need to be formal trade or job-site experience.
• Comfortable with drywall demolition and performing basic hands-on labor.
• Strong willingness to learn, take direction, ask questions, and improve.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities/processes can change.

Able to lift, carry, and move materials in a warehouse environment.

• General construction, contractor, laborer, or warehouse background.
• More extensive drywall hanging/taping experience.
• Experience with receiving, freight shipments, palletizing, crating, or loading materials.
• Forklift experience.
