Full-Time Job Description Fence Specialties LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Crew Member to support residential and commercial fencing projects. The position involves assisting with material preparation, installation, site cleanup, and general construction tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with fence installation, repair, and construction projects. Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment. Measure and prepare work areas according to project requirements. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Assist experienced crew members with daily construction tasks. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow company safety procedures and instructions. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Requirements Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Comfortable lifting and moving construction materials. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew. Willingness to learn fencing installation techniques.
