Skilled laborer

Overview Looking for 1 or 2 skilled guys with a background in construction. Pay will be determined by experience and whether you have your own tools. You must have a working vehicle and be willing to drive to different job sites. We do a wide variety of things so general knowledge all around is preferred. Responsibilities Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and laying bricks or tiles Operate basic tools and equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials efficiently during construction or renovation activities Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues that need addressing Maintain cleanliness of the work site by disposing of waste properly and organizing tools after each task Skills Proven ability to follow instructions carefully and execute tasks with precision Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on-site Basic understanding of construction processes, safety procedures, and building codes Good communication skills to understand directions clearly and report issues promptly Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and work in various weather conditions Prior experience with carpentry, masonry, or general construction is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
