Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking motivated individuals who are residents of Colorado (Denver-metro area preferred) for the position of Specialized Construction Worker – Refrigerated Warehouse Construction. This role is ideal for those looking for a career in construction. The successful candidate will become a specialized refrigerated warehouse installer through on-the-job training. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills in various construction tasks, such as installing cam-lock insulated panels, installing steel support, installing glycol floor heat installation, installing drain lines, setting and wiring electrically operated doors, and setting up remote monitoring equipment. Duties Assist in the construction and assembly of refrigerated buildings using cam-lock insulated panels, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Participate in tasks including door hanging, glycol floor heat installation, and control panel installation. Install metal supports for refrigerated buildings. Read blueprints. Collaborate with team members on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Use lifts to install insulated panels. Requirements Ability to learn-on-the-job. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to refrigerated building construction. Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks associated with construction work, including crouching and crawling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Be able to travel up to 80% of the year. Must be a Colorado resident. Be able to pass drug tests. No previous experience required! Overtime is typical with 1.5x overtime pay. 10-20 hours of overtime per week is typical. Company policy is that employees are flown home every other weekend when working out-of-town. Company policy is that no one works on Sundays. For out-of-town work, the company provides flights, car rental, housing, and a food allowance. We offer end-of-the-year profit-sharing bonuses and SEP. We have 2 weeks of paid time off per year and 1 week of sick leave.
