Job Summary:
Performs a variety of physical and general construction tasks that support overall project progress and completion. Executes assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Collaborates with team members to maintain workflow and quality across all site activities. Contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment through consistent adherence to safety procedures and work standards.Key Responsibilities:
Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance. Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment. Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency. Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed. Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition. Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field required.Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.Anticipated starting pay range:
