Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and support Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Handle all front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, appointment setting, and document proofreading Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies to keep the front desk organized and functional Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer support procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with data entry and spreadsheet management Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist position is preferred; dental receptionist or personal assistant experience is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including technical proficiency in productivity software and office technology tools Join us to be part of a team that values energetic engagement, clear communication, and dedicated service.
