Responsibilities Perform physically demanding outdoor work, including digging, shoveling, and working in trenches and various weather conditions. Assist with underground utility and excavation projects, supporting main line repairs and utility digs. Work safely around heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers. Follow strict safety protocols, including trench safety and hazard awareness. Maintain and care for company vehicles, tools, and job sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Accurately complete daily timecard entries, service logs, and job site paperwork using company technology. Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to learn plumbing codes, pipe joining, soldering, and tool operations. Qualifications Previous experience in manual labor, such as construction, landscaping, concrete, earthwork, or demolition. Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn a skilled trade. Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, crouching, crawling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid drivers license. High school diploma or GED preferred.
