In this role, you will specialize in setting up, maintaining, and dismantling heavy-duty staging, scaffolding, and rigging equipment used for large-scale industrial water tank projects. This is an active, hands-on outdoor position that requires comfort with heights, heavy lifting, and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols. No prior tank experience is required if you have strong construction or scaffolding laborer fundamentals—we are willing to train the right hard-working candidate.
Key Responsibilities Staging & Rigging:
Safely load, unload, transport, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, staging, and rigging equipment around large industrial water storage tanks.
Site Preparation:
Assist with ground preparation, material staging, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Equipment Handling:
Handle and maintain tools, rigging gear, and safety equipment daily. Support painters and abrasive blasters as needed on site.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fall protection harnesses.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
1+ years of experience in construction, general labor, scaffolding, or industrial settings preferred.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, bend, climb, and work in various weather conditions. Comfort with
Heights:
Must be comfortable working at elevated heights on scaffolding and staging structures.
Reliability:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a dependable work ethic. Willingness to travel to job sites if required.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
