The ideal candidate will work with the construction division to install and repair septic systems and work as a team with drivers to service and clean septic tanks and grease traps throughout CT . The ideal candidate must be willing to do physical labor and not mind foul smells. Willing to train the right candidate. CDL not required but a plus , or willing to obtain a cdl. . Must work as a team player. Must have a positive attitude. Must be customer service focused with clients and know how to use electronics such as tablets to complete daily paperwork. Must be reliable. We our looking for dependable candidates who are looking to be a part of a growing team. This is an opportunity for a career with advancement opportunities. Must be willing to labor . Daily job scope includes : Pre tripping truck , locating and digging of septic tank lids with shovels ,lawn restorations , heavy lifting up to 100lbs , bending, manual labor pulling hoses on and off the truck to service clients tanks , washing and housekeeping of vehicles, laboring as needed for other construction duties. Willing to work on a construction crew and learn and be a team player. Pay is based on experience. Must have a clean motor vehicle record. Must be able to pass a backround check.
