Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials including drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, and masonry components. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, window and door installation, and roofing. Support heavy equipment operation for tasks like concrete forming, excavation, or material transport. Follow detailed construction plans and schematics to execute tasks accurately while interpreting technical drawings when needed. Perform site cleanup, organize materials, and ensure all work areas adhere to safety protocols at all times. Aid in construction inspection processes to verify quality standards during various phases of the project. Assist with outdoor hardscaping projects including paving, landscaping, and hardscape construction. Experience Proven experience in general construction roles with familiarity in building construction, remodeling, or restoration projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety protocol adherence. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Experience working with various building materials such as concrete, drywall, stucco, masonry, glass, wood framing, and roofing materials. Background in interpreting technical drawings for plumbing, electrical systems, or structural components is highly desirable. Outdoor work experience across different weather conditions is preferred to support diverse project needs.
