Key Responsibilities:

Load/unload tools and materials Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup Operate basic hand tools Follow directions from senior crew members Learn safety procedures and marine construction basics

Requirements:

No prior experience necessary (construction or outdoor work preferred) Reliable transportation Willingness to work hard, learn, and work in/around water

Marine Construction Laborer, Junior Dock Builder Salary Range :

$35,000 - $45,000/year

Hourly :

~$16-$22/hr
