We are seeking a dependable and skilled Landscape Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position focused on the installation and construction of high-quality residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work efficiently as part of a crew. This position involves a combination of landscape installation, site preparation, demolition, grading, planting, and hardscape construction. Responsibilities Perform landscape demolition and site preparation Grade and prepare areas for landscape and hardscape installation Install trees, palms, shrubs, ornamental plants, and other plant material Install sod, mulch, decorative rock, soil, and landscape amendments Create and establish clean landscape bed lines Assist with installation of pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, drainage systems, and other landscape construction features Load, unload, move, and stage landscape and construction materials Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and landscape equipment Assist with operation of mini skid steers and other compact equipment when qualified Read and follow project layouts, measurements, and instructions from crew leadership Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Protect customers' homes, lawns, hardscapes, and surrounding property during construction Complete detailed final cleanup at the end of each project Qualifications Previous landscaping, construction, hardscape, or similar experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a crew Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Experience with pavers, grading, drainage, artificial turf, or equipment operation is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that professional landscape construction requires quality, efficiency, and attention to detail . Pay:
