Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking L aborer/Crew Member to join our pipeline rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist with projects such as slip lining, drainage repair & installation, and canal & lake bank restoration. This is a hands-on position that requires operating small tools and equipment and working closely with a crew in various weather conditions. What You'll Do Work with a crew on pipeline rehabilitation projects Operate small tools and equipment (pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, backhoes) Assist with underground utility construction tasks on-site Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Other duties as required Required Qualifications Underground utility construction experience preferred Desire and eagerness to learn a skilled trade Positive attitude, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities Mechanical aptitude Ability to complete and pass a drug screening and background check Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required if operating company vehicles) Willingness to work in all weather conditions Work Schedule Monday - Friday Home daily Overtime & weekend availability as needed Perks of the Job Weekly Pay 401(k) + Company Match Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid orientation & training Safety equipment provided Performance bonus & safety bonus Shenandoah is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
