In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute directly to the success of diverse construction projects, from commercial builds to residential renovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting the creation of quality infrastructure. Responsibilities Assist with various construction tasks including mixing cement, stacking blocks, erecting scaffold and masonry work. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials. Support concrete work through mixing, pouring, finishing, and form installation. Install rebar for reinforced concrete structures and assist with metal stud framing and drywall installation. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous but not mandatory. Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, block laying, or stucco work is beneficial. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support project execution. Demonstrated capability in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely.
