We work on Jacksonville-area homes
• Ponte Vedra, St. Johns, Nocatee, the Beaches, and Orange Park
• handling exterior renovation, drainage installs, soffit and fascia, and full seamless gutter systems on premium properties. We're looking for someone reliable who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company. Construction, roofing, siding, landscaping, drainage, or handyman background is a plus. Attitude and dependability matter more than years of experience. What you'll work on:
• Drainage trenching, catch basins, and Schedule 40 PVC pipe installs
• Soffit and fascia repair and replacement
• Seamless gutter and gutter guard installs
• Job site setup, ladder work, material handling
• Following crew leader direction and learning installation standards
• Keeping job sites clean and respecting customer property Pay and how it moves:
• $17-19/hr to start, based on what you bring
• Raise reviews at 90 days against a written skill matrix, so you always know exactly what the next raise requires
• Overtime available, paid weekly You must have:
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation
• Able to start between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, consistently
• Comfort on ladders and at heights (1-2 stories standard, 3-story occasionally with proper lifts)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outside in Florida heat all day, year round. We are straight with you about this, and we stop and cool down when it is time
• Willingness to do a paid trial day ($160) before being hired
• Background check required (case-by-case review
• past records are not an automatic disqualifier)
• You take correction and change how you do it. We install to our own spec and we will teach it to you What we don't want:
• No-shows, phone-addicts, or guys looking for the easiest job possible
• People who think they're above cleaning up or doing helper tasks
• Anyone afraid of heights or unwilling to work outside Career path: helper to skilled installer to lead installer to crew leader to drainage specialist or production leader.
