Pro Court Surfacing LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer to assist our lead court installer on active sport court projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position involving outdoor work, heavy lifting, and general construction/manual labor. Previous sport court experience is not required . We are primarily looking for someone who works hard, follows directions, shows up reliably, and is comfortable with physical work outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installer with daily court surfacing and construction tasks Load, unload, carry, and move materials, tools, equipment, paint, and supplies Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical labor throughout the workday Help prepare and clean court surfaces and job sites Mix, move, and handle materials as directed Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment Keep work areas clean and organized Follow instructions from the lead installer and help wherever needed

Requirements:

Must be physically capable of performing heavy manual labor Able to repeatedly lift and carry 50+ lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat Dependable and able to report to work on time Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew Willing to learn Construction, landscaping, concrete, painting, flooring, or other manual labor experience is a plus, but not required

What We're Looking For:

We do not need someone with years of court surfacing experience. We need someone who is reliable, physically capable, willing to work, and ready to help our lead installer get the job done.
