ASAP Job Summary CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support an active commercial construction project in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment. Key Requirements Must be able to start immediately. Reliable transportation to and from work every day. Ability to work safely on active construction sites. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Comfortable working in various weather conditions. Willing and able to work the maximum number of hours offered per week. Must Have Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site leads. Willingness to perform general labor duties including cleaning, organizing materials, sweeping work areas, and maintaining jobsite cleanliness . Must arrive to work with full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work boots, gloves). Basic understanding of jobsite safety practices. Preferred OSHA 10 - if you do not have it, CCS can help you get it. Minimum 6 months of construction experience. Position Details Commercial construction project. Full-time hours available. Safety orientation provided as required. Work with someone who's just as motivated as you are to land the job.
