Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of bringing building projects to life! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As a Construction Laborer, you'll gain hands-on experience in various construction activities while adhering to safety standards and learning valuable skills that can propel your career forward. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, formwork construction, flooring installation, and renovation projects Follow all construction safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Assist with heavy lifting and material transportation around the site while maintaining proper safety procedures Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade is highly preferred Experience in trenching, demo, and general construction labor Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in various construction tasks Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to impactful projects.
