Job Description
We are looking for dependable, experienced professionals to join our growing pool company!
Open Positions:
Experienced Site Managers- Experienced Pool Construction Crews Applicants must have hands-on experience with: Building inground swimming pools from start to finish
- Managing pool construction job sites and crews
- Replacing and installing vinyl pool liners
- Measuring pools and preparing them for new liners
- Plumbing, excavation, grading, concrete work, or related pool construction tasks
- Reading plans and following project specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site Ideal candidates will: Have previous pool construction experience
- Be dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and management
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Take pride in producing high-quality work Site managers should have strong leadership skills and experience overseeing projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing materials, and keeping pool projects on schedule.
