General Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Construction Worker to join our construction team. We are a small remodel and renovation company in Naples and need some assistance. In this role, you will be actively involved in a wide range of construction activities, supporting project completion from start to finish. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on skills will contribute to building high-quality structures and ensuring a safe and clean jobsite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Assist with various construction tasks including minor framing, drywall installation, painting, trim carpentry, etc. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support different phases of construction projects. Assist project manager by overseeing subcontractors, cleaning up jobsites, picking up and delivering materials to jobsites, filling in the gaps between sub contractors when needed. Perform demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and fabrication tasks as needed. Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work involved in minor demolition ; assist with restoration and remodeling projects when required. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, framing, drywall, and other interior finish work. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction estimating and management is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely; ability to do small drywall repairs, trim carpentry, and painting a plus. legal driving license and Reliable transportation are required. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and trades.
