Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them on-site. Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding and temporary structures. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
