Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Construction Crew member, where you'll be at the forefront of creating stunning outdoor aquatic spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, bringing backyard dreams to life through expert craftsmanship and teamwork. You'll be involved in all phases of pool construction, from excavation to finishing touches, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist in excavating sites and preparing foundations for new pools, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to construction plans Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and building materials according to technical drawings and specifications Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials, dig trenches, and perform site grading tasks Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as framing, trimming, plastering, ect. Install pool components including coping stones, decking, and hardscape features like patios or walkways Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of construction to maintain a secure work environment Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and project progression Qualifications Prior construction experience with a focus on building construction or outdoor projects is highly preferred Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital tools for reviewing construction plans is a plus Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems enhances your versatility on site Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is beneficial Experience with window installation or remodeling projects adds value to your skill set Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards is essential Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and building material installation required Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is necessary for success in this role Join us in shaping exceptional outdoor spaces!
