About us Service & Technology Network Solutions is a locally owned telecommunications construction company proudly based in Ocala, Florida. We've been in the same location for over 25 years and have served the telecommunications industry for more than 30 years. Our team specializes in underground and aerial construction, helping build and maintain fiber optic networks throughout Florida and other states. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team Responsibilities As a Telecommunications Construction Laborer, you will assist with the installation of underground fiber optic infrastructure.
Daily responsibilities include:
Digging trenches and assisting with underground construction Operating around missile boring equipment Installing underground conduit Pulling fiber optic cable Installing handholes Loading and unloading materials Maintaining a clean and safe job site Following all company safety procedures Assisting crew members with various construction tasks Qualifications Valid driver's license is required (employees operate company vehicles) Ability to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation to and from work Construction or utility experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time Overtime opportunities may be available

From $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
