Job Summary Concurrent, LLC, a UniTek Global Services company, is seeking a General Laborer to perform construction-related tasks and provide support as needed. Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. He or she will assist any combination of duties on construction projects, transferring from one task to another as directed, and may perform any of the following duties: measuring distances, Earth digging, laying or pulling cable, etc. This employee will perform a variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools. Assist crew leader in construction work. Complete duties as assigned. Operate machinery, vehicles, and other necessary tools. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials. Opens trenches, restores trenches using hand tools and/or power equipment. Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

Position Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to stand for long periods and work in harsh conditions for more than 8 hours a day. Must have a basic command of the English language to understand the safety requirements of the position. Ability to listen to and implement directions. Maintains consistent attendance and arrives on time for assigned shifts. Works effectively as a member of a team. Exhibits a strong desire to learn new skills and pursue advancement opportunities, including potential leadership responsibilities. Ability to pass motor vehicle, drug screen and background check.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
