We are seeking experienced, reliable Construction Workers to join our team and assist with the completion of a high-end luxury construction project. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and project completion work Perform punch-list and finishing work throughout the property Assist skilled trades and construction supervisors as needed Complete minor repairs, installations, adjustments, and touch-ups Move and organize construction materials, equipment, and supplies Maintain clean and organized work areas Protect completed luxury finishes while performing work Identify incomplete or deficient work and report it to the supervisor Follow project schedules, instructions, and daily priorities Comply with all job-site safety requirements Help ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard of quality Qualifications Previous construction experience required Experience with luxury, high-end residential, hotel, hospitality, or commercial constructio n strongly preferred General knowledge of construction tools, materials, and job-site procedures Experience with punch-list and project closeout work is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to follow directions and complete assignments efficiently Professional attitude and respect for a high-end work environment Preferred Skills Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are especially encouraged to apply: Carpentry Drywall Painting Flooring Tile Doors & Hardware Fixtures Punch-List Work General Repairs Construction Cleanup Finish Work What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Immediate opportunity to work Professional luxury construction environment Opportunity for additional work based on performance and project needs Apply Today If you are experienced, dependable, hardworking, and ready to start, we want to hear from you.
