The Seawall Laborer works on the construction, repair, and maintenance of seawalls and marine structures, performing various physical tasks at a marine construction site. High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred. Previous experience working outdoors is required; previous experience in operating various types of heavy equipment preferred. Ability to learn and adhere to safe working practices. Ability to understand and follow instructions; function effectively as part of a team; ability to work under pressure; communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and the public. Mechanical aptitude as well as familiarity with using hand and power tools is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
