In this energetic role, you will support various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to diverse building and remodeling projects. Duties Assist with the installation of glass/storefront Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision Support glaziers in their tasks Keeping construction sites clean and presentable for turn over. Help with building frames, cutting glass, loading vehicles. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on all outdoor and indoor projects Requirements Prior construction site experience or related manual labor work preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment safely Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites and adherence to safety protocols at all times Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where teamwork drives success!
