Dynamic Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Leader to lead crews on residential and commercial landscape installation projects throughout Coastal Georgia. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys developing others, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on daily projects. Install trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Coordinate jobsite activities, materials, equipment, and project timelines. Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment. Communicate with management and customers to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation, grading, or related construction work. Crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate landscape construction equipment and power tools. Valid driver's license preferred. Why Dynamic Landscape?
