Job Description Experienced Construction & Maintenance Technician Location:

Covered We are looking for a dependable, experienced construction professional to join our team. This position will be based out of Chickamauga, Georgia, with regular travel to job sites approximately 1 3 hours away. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working on a wide variety of construction, repair, and property improvement projects. Our work includes everything from storage facilities and houses to barns and other commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities General construction and remodeling Building and repairing storage units and facilities Residential construction and repairs Barn construction and repairs Basic electrical work Basic plumbing work Carpentry, framing, and general repairs Installing doors, fixtures, hardware, and other building components Property maintenance and improvements Troubleshooting and completing repairs as needed Working independently and as part of a team Traveling to job sites throughout the surrounding region Qualifications Previous construction experience required Experience in multiple trades is strongly preferred Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing is a plus Comfortable using common construction tools and equipment Able to perform physically demanding work Dependable, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve Willing and able to travel approximately 1 3 hours from Chickamauga when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Compensation & Travel Pay will be based on experience and discussed during the hiring process. Appropriate travel expenses for out-of-area jobs will be covered. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle a variety of projects, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
