Job Description
Job Summary Construction Helper / General Laborer We are seeking a reliable, motivated Construction Helper / General Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working alongside a General Contractor, skilled tradespeople, and subcontractors on a variety of residential and light commercial construction projects. We are a smaller, family-owned company that maintains a steady, year-round workload in a more laid-back, family-oriented environment. We take pride in providing consistent work without the stress or corporate atmosphere of larger companies. If you're looking for stable, full-time employment in a professional but relaxed setting, this is a great opportunity. Training will be provided. Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Candidates with existing construction skills who are capable of completing certain tasks independently are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Work may include:
- General construction and manual labor
- Framing and carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Tile installation and preparation
- Demolition and jobsite cleanup
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting subcontractors and skilled trades
- Completing assigned tasks independently when qualified
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Other construction-related work as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:

- Previous construction or remodeling experience is a plus
- Experience with framing, drywall, painting, tile, carpentry, or similar trades is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools is preferred Transportation Requirement You must have reliable transportation to and from our shop every workday.
