Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Pediatric Home Care (30 Hrs/Week) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric client. This role offers consistent hours, scheduling flexibility, and long-term stability in a supportive home environment. Schedule Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM Preferred minimum coverage: 4:00 PM
  • 8:00
PM Weekends:
Flexible scheduling
Sundays:
Early start preferred (as early as 8:00 AM; flexible end time)
Saturdays:
Flexible between 8:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM Responsibilities Perform tracheostomy care , including routine cleaning and trach changes Administer prescribed medications Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and monitor patient condition Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use as needed Manage evening routine (post-school care, positioning, bedtime preparation) Organize and maintain medical supplies Provide attentive, compassionate, and patient-centered care Requirements (Required•No Exceptions) Active RN license (state-specific) Pediatric care experience

Reliable transportation Ability to work assigned schedule consistently
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
