Full-Time Job Summary:

Support underground utility construction and rehabilitation by operating skid steers, mini excavators, jackhammers, and other construction equipment. Work hands-on with the manhole leveling crew to complete projects efficiently and safely. CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Perform manhole leveling and adjustments per project specs and safety standards Safely operate trucks to transport materials and debris Operate heavy equipment including skid steers and mini excavators Collaborate with crew to meet project goals Set up and maintain traffic control and safety measures Assist with excavation, grading, backfilling, and site restoration Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies Maintain accurate job reports and material tracking Perform additional tasks to support project completion

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean record Minimum 2 years construction experience with heavy equipment Proven ability to operate skid steers and mini excavators Experience in underground utilities or roadway/site construction preferred Knowledge of construction site safety practices Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred:

OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Confined Space Awareness Work Environment:

This role involves physical labor outdoors on active construction sites, near traffic and heavy equipment, often under varying weather conditions.
