Construction Laborer

Entry-Level Mechanical Insulator $18-$22/hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Davenport / Quad Cities Area We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Mechanical Insulator to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments who is looking for a stable career with strong benefits and long-term growth. Job Responsibilities Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical systems to control temperature and reduce energy loss Clean and prepare surfaces prior to insulation application Measure and cut insulation materials to required dimensions Assist experienced insulators with material handling, tool maintenance, and jobsite cleanup Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet 1+ year of experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment Ability to perform physical labor in an active jobsite setting Willingness to follow safety standards and learn new skills Required Tools (Prior to First Day) Steel toe boots Tape measure Red-handle tin snips Small channel locks Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
