Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction and equipment operation field. You will assist in operating machinery and performing various labor tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation of equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, directional boring machines, probes, and hand tools under supervision. Perform general labor tasks, including digging and moving materials. Help with site preparation and clean-up activities. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Participate in routine maintenance and inspections of equipment. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects effectively. Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with CDL or willingness to obtain within 6 mo. of hire Strong desire to learn about equipment operation and construction practices. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a construction environment is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery. •Salary will be based on experience•

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
