Job Description
Grundy Center Community School District is seeking a motivated and dedicated Head Baseball Coach to lead our High School Baseball program. The head coach will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the program while developing student-athletes' skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and character. Responsibilities include planning and leading practices, organizing game and competition schedules, supervising assistant coaches, communicating with students and families, managing program logistics, and promoting a positive and competitive team culture. We are looking for a strong communicator who enjoys working with students, values teamwork and accountability, and is committed to helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.
