Hiawatha, IA $20 - $28 / Hour As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader for Supreme Green, you will lead landscape projects and have multiple crew members working under you. You must coordinate with your team to complete all necessary work each week as well as be responsible for quality control for work completed. It is necessary that you are willing to put in overtime hours during busy or rainy seasons and able to work outside in most weather conditions. This is a full-time, in person position and reports Monday thru Friday. Must have a current valid driver's license. A CDL is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities may include:

Lead and train crew members to execute landscape projects effectively Help create beautiful outdoor spaces, including installation of both hardscape and softscape features Operate landscape equipment including: dump trucks, skid loaders, tractors and hand tools Manage projects and timelines to ensure timely completion Assist in managing client relations while on site
