Medical, Dental & Vision Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Industrial Construction General Laborer to join our team. This position will work alongside equipment operators, carpenters, concrete crews, and other construction professionals to help keep projects moving safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn, works well as part of a team, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist equipment operators with daily construction activities Perform general labor and site cleanup Assist with concrete work, including forming, pouring, spreading, and finishing Dig trenches, holes, and footings using hand tools and other equipment Assist carpenters with framing, forming, measuring, cutting, and installation Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Use hand and power tools as directed Help set up and tear down job sites Assist with excavation and other site preparation Follow directions from supervisors, operators, carpenters, and other skilled tradespeople Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Perform other duties as needed to support the construction crew Qualifications Construction or general labor experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and construction activities OSHA or other construction safety training is a plus What We Offer Starting pay of $20.00+ per hour, DOE Monday-Friday schedule, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Opportunity to learn multiple construction skills Opportunity for advancement and increased pay based on experience and performance Join Our Team If you're dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity in industrial construction, we want to hear from you!
