Outpatient About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient team. This opportunity offers the chance to provide individualized, patient-centered care while working in a supportive environment focused on professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, movement strategies, and home programs.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Benefits
