This role involves hands-on work assisting skilled tradespeople, supporting welding and fabrication tasks, and helping maintain safe traffic control and job site operations. Landscaping/Fencing We are an EEO company looking for employees to join our team. We install all types of fencing, all aspects of landscape construction, and sign installation. We work throughout the state of Idaho and provide health care and retirement benefits. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities Follow all job site safety procedures, including traffic control and public safety measures. Assist with setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices such as signs, cones, barricades, and barriers. Support welding and fabrication work by preparing materials, holding components, and assisting with setup and cleanup. Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and tool organization. Use hand and power tools safely for cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembly. Help install and remove traffic signs, posts, and related hardware. Guide vehicle and equipment movement in active work zones as directed. Qualifications Construction or labor experience preferred but not required; training available. Basic knowledge of welding processes or fabrication work is an asset (or willingness to learn). Familiarity with traffic control or roadway work is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors in various conditions. Strong attention to safety, communication, and teamwork.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
