Position Overview EHP Construction & Management is hiring a dependable Equipment Operator / Excavation Laborer for residential, commercial, and small‑civil projects. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, communicates clearly, and takes pride in clean, safe production. This is a working postion in the field. Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers, and dozers for site prep, trenching, grading, and backfilling Assist with utility trenching (water, sewer, storm) Perform grade checking using lasers, GPS, and hand levels Support pipe installation crews with trench prep, bedding, and compaction Safely load, haul, and transport equipment between job sites Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow all OSHA safety standards General labor tasks: shoveling, raking, spotting, cleanup, material handling Requirements Heavy equipment operating experience Ability to read civil plans and grade stakes Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and ability to work independently CDL is a plus but not required What We Offer $25-$35/hr DOE Year‑round work Advancement opportunities within the Excavation Division Training for motivated operators and laborers Solid team environment with clear communication How to Apply Submit your resume or work history through Indeed or directly to our office.
