Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward safely and efficiently. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and saws to perform tasks like concrete pouring, cutting, and finishing. Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, and stucco application. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as concrete blocks, rebar, lumber, and other supplies required for various phases of construction projects. Assist with concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and setting forms according to technical drawings and safety protocols. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your team while adhering to safety protocol standards. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trades environment is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of concrete forming, cutting, finishing techniques, and rebar installation is desirable. Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely is essential. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Pay:
$10.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
