The Dynamic Decks Crew Laborer is a hands-on construction position supporting the Crew Leader in building residential decks and exterior projects. This isn't an entry-level role — we're looking for someone who already has real construction experience and can contribute productively on the jobsite from day one. You'll work alongside an experienced Crew Leader in every phase of the build, using your existing carpentry and construction skills to help deliver quality work efficiently. The Crew Leader owns the project and leads the crew; you help execute the work. What You'll Do Work hands-on with the Crew Leader to build residential decks and exterior projects Perform carpentry and general construction work Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Assist with framing and deck construction Follow project plans, measurements, and Crew Leader direction Prepare materials and maintain jobsite organization Load, unload, and handle construction materials Help ensure projects meet Dynamic Decks quality standards Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Identify potential construction or material issues and communicate them to the Crew Leader Work efficiently to help keep projects on schedule Communicate professionally around customers and homeowners Care for company tools, equipment, and materials Follow company safety expectations What We're Looking For Approximately 2-3 years of construction experience Carpentry experience strongly preferred Residential construction experience preferred Deck-building experience is a plus, but not necessarily required Experience safely using common hand and power tools Basic understanding of measurements and construction methods Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to follow direction Able to work effectively as part of a small crew Good problem-solver ability Pride in workmanship Valid driver's license Is This You? You've got a carpentry or construction foundation, and you like building things. You take pride in doing the job right, and people know they can count on you to show up. You work well alongside a Crew Leader, pay attention to the details, and keep a jobsite organized. You're comfortable handling your piece of the job independently, and you want to keep growing your construction skills — not just punch a clock. The Field Environment This is an outdoor, hands-on construction position — working with tools and materials on residential jobsites as part of a small crew.
Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
