AAA Paving is looking for a dependable Part-Time Asphalt Laborer / Equipment Operator to join our paving crew. This is a local position with no long-distance travel . This position involves hands-on asphalt and construction work, assisting the paving crew, preparing job sites, moving materials, and operating equipment as assigned. We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable of performing outdoor construction work, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.

Local work Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving and general construction work Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after paving Shovel, rake, spread, and level asphalt and other materials Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and equipment Operate construction and paving equipment when assigned and qualified Assist equipment operators and truck drivers as needed Perform basic equipment inspections and report mechanical concerns Follow company safety procedures while working around vehicles and heavy equipment Set up and maintain safe work areas Help with traffic control and job-site organization when needed Maintain tools and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Arrive on time and be dependable throughout the scheduled workday Required Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Ability to lift, carry, shovel, rake, and move construction materials Comfortable working around heavy equipment and moving vehicles Ability to work in hot weather and changing outdoor conditions Strong safety awareness Dependable and punctual Ability to follow instructions Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Willingness to learn paving and equipment-operation procedures Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a crew Construction, paving, or equipment-operation experience is preferred but not required , if that matches how you want to hire Equipment Experience That Is a Plus Experience operating any of the following is helpful: Skid steer Roller/compactor Mini excavator Loader Asphalt paving equipment Plate compactor Other construction or landscaping equipment Interested applicants can apply online at www.aaapaving.biz .
