Batavia, IL Job Details Full-time $16 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Outdoor work English High school diploma or GED Manual handling Skid steer loader Full Job Description Midwest Sealcoat is looking to hire fulltime laborers; Ideal candidates will have the following: Must have the ability to safely operate company equipment and vehicles Must be able to properly care for company equipment and vehicles Must be able to follow and understand instructions as well as take directions from foreman or crew leaders Must have a willingness to work, be dependable and punctual Must have availability to work up to 7 days with varying hours Laborers must be able to lift 50 or more pounds Laborers will be required to walk and stand most of the workday Looking for individuals with Sealcoating and Asphalt experience, both machine applying and hand applying Looking for individuals with equipment operator experience using skid steers/rollers/pavers/lute/tampers/compactor plates Compensation varies based on abilities and experience
