Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Construction Workers to join our dynamic team on various industrial construction projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing construction tasks efficiently and safely, contributing to the successful completion of building and infrastructure projects. Your hands-on skills, safety awareness, and ability to interpret technical drawings will be vital in maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout each phase of construction. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials and equipment safely Operate power tools and construction equipment to assist in building, demolition, or repair activities Implement erosion control measures to prevent soil erosion and protect the environment during construction activities Conduct erosion control inspections and ensure compliance with environmental regulations Assist with equipment repair and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal working condition Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, climbing safety procedures, and general safety regulations Experience Previous experience in industrial or heavy construction environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to read construction plans and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards Hands-on experience with heavy lifting, manual handling, and the use of power tools and equipment Familiarity with erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is a plus Ability to work at heights, climb ladders or scaffolding safely as needed Join us if you're ready to build a rewarding career in construction by bringing your energy, expertise, and commitment to safety!
