Job Description

Perma-Seal is hiring motivated Installers / General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a hands-on construction role where you'll learn a skilled trade while working alongside an experienced crew delivering high-quality waterproofing and foundation repair solutions to homeowners.

What You'll Do:

Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Load and unload materials and equipment Assist with basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete work Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high standards

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade Team player with a positive attitude Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing) Valid driver's license (Non-CDL Class C) with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Preferred (Not Required): Experience in construction, general labor, waterproofing, concrete, or foundation repair No experience?
