Job Description

Experienced Construction & Restoration Technician - Illinois Restoration Services - Frankfort, IL Illinois Restoration Services is a full-service mitigation, restoration, and contents company serving the Southwestern suburbs of Chicago and Northwest Indiana, with our office located in Frankfort, Illinois. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated construction professional who can work independently from the field and bring strong trade skills with a willingness to learn additional areas of the business.
Required Experience:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of construction experience. We are specifically looking for an experienced team member who can contribute right away. This is a field-based position, not an office role. Work is performed primarily from your truck and at job sites. Key areas of the job include:
  • Framing
  • Carpentry
  • Flooring- (Tile, Snap Lock Laminate, Vinyl)
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • Roofing experience is a plus
  • Electrical experience is a plus
  • Plumbing experience is a plus
Requirements:
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be willing to complete a background check. Schedule and Compensation This is full-time position scheduled primarily Monday-Friday. Shift timing may vary based on business needs. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Experience Construction:
minimum of 5 years Languages English (Preferred) Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (Required) IICRC Certified is a plus
