About the Role Xpand Construction is hiring a Construction Laborer to support active property improvement projects in in the Joliet, Channahon, Morris area. This position is for immediate hire. This is a field role working alongside our carpentry and construction crew on real commercial jobsites. You'll handle material handling, site prep, demolition, cleanup, and general labor tasks that keep projects moving efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Supporting carpenters and field leads with hands-on construction tasks Moving and staging materials, tools, and equipment on jobsites Assisting with demolition, cleanup, and site prep Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safe throughout the day Taking direction from the field foreman and executing tasks efficiently Pitching in wherever needed to keep the project moving What We're Looking For Proven construction or commercial labor experience required — at least one year in the field Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor and indoor field work Reliable, punctual, and consistent — shows up ready to work Takes direction well and follows through without being chased Comfortable working in varying weather and job conditions Valid driver's license required Reliable personal transportation required This Role Is a
