CDL-A Truck Driver / Construction Laborer Class A CDL with no manual transmission restriction required Earth Images, Inc. is looking for an experienced CDL-A Driver who is also willing to work in the field . This is not a driving-only position . The right candidate will operate company trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials to jobsites and, when not driving, work alongside our crews performing hands-on construction, landscaping, irrigation, and site-related labor.

Hold a valid Class A CDL Have no manual transmission restriction and be able to safely operate manual-transmission commercial vehicles Have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience Be willing and physically able to perform outdoor construction labor when not driving Meet company and insurance driving requirements Be able to meet all applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements If you're looking for a driving-only position, this will not be the right fit. What You'll Do CDL Driving & Equipment Hauling Operate tandem-axle trucks with tag trailers Transport equipment, materials, and supplies between the shop, suppliers, and jobsites Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Navigate active construction sites and off-road jobsite conditions Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT and company requirements Field & Construction Support When driving responsibilities are complete, this position works alongside field crews and may: Assist with commercial landscaping and erosion control projects Support irrigation installation, repairs, and maintenance Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials Water sod and plant material Perform general jobsite and construction labor Assist with organizing materials, tools, and supplies Support crews wherever needed to keep projects moving Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL No manual transmission restriction Minimum 2 years of commercial truck driving experience Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements Ability to meet DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in addition to driving Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and move materials and equipment Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required: Commercial landscaping Heavy highway or civil construction Irrigation installation or maintenance Erosion control Equipment hauling Construction-site or off-road driving Operating construction or landscape equipment What This Job Is Really Like This is a hands-on CDL position . Some days may involve significant driving and hauling. Other days may involve more time working alongside the crew in the field.
